I have seen so many weddings in my life and have choreographed a list of sangeet functions, but never seen a couple where both the bride and groom are shy to dance and rejoice.
This wedding was just after the cyclone which hit Surat in the first week of December, but it failed to affect the wedding season. Though the newly wedded couple didn’t participate in dancing for their sangeet, the function was still a hit with all of the family members making it memorable for them.
A special entry was given to the couple, which was well appreciated by everyone present, and while the evening ended on a happy note, I realised that my efforts brought in the best memories for them.
